The agenda for the evening includes presentations about best practice digital workflow, laser scanning and a demonstration of Boston Dynamics’ robot dog Spot - and perhaps you will get the chance to control Spot as well? We will order pizza and drinks as well! The seminar is free for members of NFS, YSN and Norsk Stålforbund.

Laser scanning is very common in some parts of the industry, but with new self-calibrating hardware and software that is easy to use, there are lots of use cases that could bring value to more construction projects and companies not used to scanning as part of everyday work.
BuildingPoint will give a quick demo of how to perform a scan, analyse, take measurements etc., for example related to modification projects!

Everyone’s favourite robot dog Spot creates a buzz wherever he goes. BuildingPoint has delivered Spot to contractors in Norway and are currently helping customers deploy Spot in projects.
Meet Spot for yourself, and perhaps you will get a chance to control him too?
19:00 - Digital workflow in construction, Trimble Connect best practice, examples and how to succed
Sharing data between designers, fabricators and contractors is frequently done with Trimble Connect these days. BuildingPoint will share best practice tips, industry case examples and help you understand how to make data sharing in projects work well!
